Ingredients:

  • 200g of gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 100ml of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 100g of tomato sauce
  • 100g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 100g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 50g of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g of dairy-free cheese
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano

  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and olive oil.
  • Gradually add the almond milk and mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base.
  • Top with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onion.
  • Sprinkle the dairy-free cheese and dried oregano on top.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
