Oreo Cheesecake Bites

These bite-sized treats are creamy, delicious, and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 24 Oreo cookies
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a lined muffin tin.
2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
4. Spoon mixture over Oreo crust. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
